I have required some person who wanted to earn handsome earning as freelancer basis without risk or investment. We need some collaborate with some enthusiastic person who wants to earn collaboratively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
I am looking for an ambitious and energetic Personal Assistant For Me to help me expand my clients. You will be the front of the Me and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business strategy. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for me & also coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements. To Handle the responsibilities of answering queries related to office operations.
Work Experience Requirements:
· Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
· Experience in Personal Assistant to the Managing Director profile is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Email Handling, Web Searching.
· Proficiency in English.
· Time management and planning skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
· Screening requests, phone calls, and emails and handling them whenever appropriate.
· Independently handling documents and presenting each and every documents and information to me on time and take necessary actions whenever needed.
· Organising and maintaining appointments etc.
· Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and representations.
· Organising and attending meetings and ensuring that I am well versed and prepared for the meetings.
· Dealing with emails, posts, and letters and often corresponding on behalf of me.
· Must regularly follow up with the clients whenever required.
· Must maintain reports of all departments and must report the same to your concerned senior must respond promptly to any queries.
Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduation Must Have basic knowledge of Education and Technology fields.
